This is my first attempt. Hopefully I did a reasonable job. I mapped all the major parkways/highways in Westchester County between the NYC line (which had been mapped) and I287 the Cross Westchester Expressway.

Hi, Westchester county is one of the counties for which TIGER data is not yet uploaded because of the existing data. If you send an message to Dave Hansen, he will import it. Then you just have to merge the existing data and correct TIGER data ;) osm.org/message/new/7168 will do.
