deleted to modify the road as I did not map it correctly. the roads were joining while they were not

constant error which kept on saying its not connected. hence had to delete to see were it was exactly. and eventually added back the connection needed.

All the buildings are squared. The one you see as overlap, i was given an option to mark as the other below hence i didnt think its an overlap. maybe I'm wrong (if that option of below and down is not a suitable option let me know). this is a task #713 for project 15229
