This path does not seem to be accessible and is/was a countryside stewardship scheme path which I think has aspired. All the similar red paths on the map around Youngman’s Road/Wramplingham Road. I have never seen anyone else use these paths.

This bridge is now longer here. (Apparently the farmer removed it in a fit of pique and withdrew the permissible access across the field to it, due to having permission denied to build houses on this area of beauty.)

Note slightly above in the wrong place (can’t work out how to edit/move) and should be here, closer to where red path line meets brown track.

The Norfolk county council online interactive map of footpaths lists a Public footpath here called Fp34, which crosses the A11 and continues diagonally past the farm until it meets Fp19 (the one that runs parallel to Verdon’s lane and meets silfeld road).

The Norfolk county council online interactive map of footpaths lists a Public footpath here called Fp34, which crosses diagonally past the farm until it meets and crosses the A11 (see note at this point). No public footpath sign in evidence, only “private/keep off” stuff. Land owner pulling a fast one? In my experience, many owners seem to dislike the public using the footpaths across their land...

There is a marked public footpath sign around here which leads over the river and across the trainline next to the electricity substation to where the marked footbridge is.

With the cottages by the trainline crossing behind you, at this point, instead of turning left and going up the track in the middle of the field, it is possible to take a right and follow the edge of the field (so that the train line is on your right). This path will eventually lead to the bottom corner of the field where the bridge that crosses towards the substation and trainline crossing is. From here you can either take the right over the bridge, or follow the field round to the left, past the copses, to join the track that has the A11 on the right.
