Uploaded soil testing laboratories that I gathered from gov site
Publeyêe per thevikas lo 4 March 2019 en English.Agriculture amenities are rarely shown in osm. So you having a tag for soil testing lab was impossible. I just uploaded 2149 points with amenity=laboratory and type=soil_testing. All have addresses and some also have email,phone and postal code.

I don’t think a laboratory is an amenity for the general community.
Are these businesses, or governmental?
