My intention was not to have a value faculty=yes (rather something like this : osm.org/way/162042732/history). I must admit I'm not an expert in multipolygons and how this might affect the color, but IMHO the change didn't affect the membership ? I couldn't find the respective wiki entry, based on the "disjointed parts" description here : osm.wiki/Tag:amenity=university?uselang=en#Complex_areas. Feel free to replace the landuse with the respective faculty if you see any need.

Because it's not clear what is meant. With electronics:sales=used it should be clear ? (Additionally you may filter for all electronics:sales=used values)

It's at least mentioned here :
osm.wiki/Aerospace
The question is whether this would fit better https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/industrial=aerospace

There are several options :
https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/company=aerospace

Oh, corrected, thanks

Thanks for the hint, but what's meant by "double" ?

And what would be the advantage of a shop type "mixed" ? I understand if it carries any information, such as "no own building" *,but usually every shop got it's "main purpose"

*osm.wiki/Tag:shop%3Dstreet_vendor
(the number of entries been artificially reduced by the same guy who's cannibalizing motorcycle shops)

By the way, there's a description for this brand, please comment in the wiki in case you feel it should be changed : osm.wiki/Tag:brand=Louis%20Motorrad?uselang=en

The problem is that you mass edited motorcycle shops to clothes shops (and additionally removed information by using your "simple" way of tagging). The motorcycle prefix doesn't hurt anyone but makes it clear what is meant, while your info removal is destructive

In this case it's quite easy to figure out what they offer, as it's a shop chain : https://www.louis-moto.co.uk/katalog/hauptrubrik/motorcycle-accessories-equipment-and-leisure/2

Generally, there are a bunch of "mixed" shops (for motorcycle especially in France). So the "main" category would IMHO be motorcycle, as this is the topic. The offered services may easily be expressed by a namespace (instead of inventing new "shop types" for every "mixture of services"). Another (easy) example would be mobile_phone:repair, this may be offered by several shop types. The same generally apllies to all shop types, as they usally offer sales, parts, repair, rental etc. (if it's non-food). But it should be determined for which goods. A car dealer might rent cars and sell bicycles, so there should be a prefix to express which service applies to which vehicle type (car:sales, car:rental; bicycle:sales)

To be fair, the namespace provides exatly this differentiation (main theme "motorcycle", selling clothes AND parts). Everyone (~98%) would call it a motorcycle shop except Adamant, who changed hundreds of them to "clothes", even if they also sell tyres and other motorcycle stuff. How about caring about this first ?

Hi Andy, seems I didn't have a look for the "original" in this case. The "fool" was referred to a bunch of changes that adamant did to hundreds of motorcycle stores and I recently corrected. The fact is that most of those are mainly seen as a motorcycle shop (as this is the "theme"). If you look at a dozen or so which are still on https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/clothes=motorcycle (check by whom) you will figure out that the majority sees it like this. The current one is a real exception for this.

Changing hundreds of shops which were considered by hundreds of users as a "motorcycle" shop IS vandalism. You now chose the only one which hasn't changed by you to complain, but I think other users are also able to check your other actions. This reply isn't for you, but for them

What you're mentioning is just completley senseless. Better take care for a standard in OSM syntax. There are already enough worryguts out there, try to contribute something constructive. Regarding politeness : https://youtu.be/-ZRUaDGW7WQ

Sure, it has been discussed here : osm.wiki/Proposed_features/service:bicycle

Sometimes I did so. But some don't remember anymore (as it was on holidays), some have left the region, some don't care etc. So a "fixme" is "to whom it may concern and is interested in this region"

Hi Polarbear, so please define when an "e.V." is NOT a club : "A club is an association of two or more people united by a common interest or goal. A service club, for example, exists for voluntary or charitable activities; [...], political and religious clubs, and so forth." osm.wiki/Key:club
Would a chess club count as "sociable" ? Is a computer club an "association" ? osm.wiki/Key:club
