Lu-Ma cafe's Web site says "Lu-Ma is now closed". It still has a Food Hygiene FHRS rating shared with the Justin James Hotel. Resurveying would be a good idea.

The road here mapped as osm.org/way/85394929 has the name "Hartshead Inn" which I suspect is incorrect. The road leads to Hartshead Inn, mapped as osm.org/way/957808869 but I suspect the road itself is unnamed.
