Ich würde diesen Hinweis auf jeden Fall nicht als "name" eines ansonsten unklassifizierten Punktes hinterlassen, sondern besser direkt an der Brücke (osm.org/way/154515811) platzieren, und zwar nicht als "name", sondern als "description" Tag.

Der richtige Wikidata-Eintrag sollte eigentlich Q1307286 sein, oder?

I would assume that Walter did not intentionally move this node from Africa to Europe in this changeset: Walter seems to be an experienced user, and this changeset looks quite fine (adding a precise cuisine tag, teaking the coordinates slightly) if it wasn't affecting the wrong node. – I've asked him now in a personal message (in German) for further details of what's been going on in this changeset from his perspective.

It's really strange that this happened at all. The two node ids differ only by 2, but it's not a single bitflip. Did you do something special with JOSM while editing this node, Walter?
