The Renaissance of the fixme-tag ... via Osmand and overpass-turbo.eu | There appears to be a small typo in the MapCSS code above. To display the text for all features (not just nodes) there must be an additional comma between way and relation: |
OpenStreetMap Node Density Visualized | max1e, sure, I’ll send you a personal message! |
OpenStreetMap Node Density Visualized | max1e, yes, you should be able to install and run sed also on Windows (ask google). This visualization is done only for nodes because the raw data analysis was done (by Frederik Ramm, username: woodpeck) only for nodes. If you want also ways, you’d have to repeat the analysis step, which could be a quite extensive task, I suppose… |

Über Imports | Yes, but you can just pan a couple of hundred meters to the South (or in any other direction) and you have the same situation again: Dozens of version 1, imported buildings in low quality, version 1, imported landuse polygons. This is what I’m seeing basically anywhere else in rural France. |
overpass turbo now with MapCSS support | @jotzt: no, I’m afraid, that’s not yet implemented. |
Mapproxy for Danish Geodata Agency aerial imagery | We should also add this to the editor-imagery-index, I guess… |
Sistemi Etichettatura, Marcatura, Pipe Marking, Manufacturing, ReLine | Spam? |
The Overpass Query Wizard | malenki, you can use MapCSS in overpass turbo to customize the colours (and more) of the output: osm.org/user/tyr_asd/diary/19043 |
Beispiel: osm.org/way/215598678 |
Correzione Tag | Nice to see someone caring about quality assurance. :) But please make sure to read and respect the Guidelines for Automated Edits if you do this on a large scale. For example: it would be nice if your global changesets would have a description/comment in English, as not everyone on the world understands Italian ;) |
SASA bus stops import | @jremillard: done |
Quality Assurance Feeds | Thanks! I didn’t know about ITO’s OSM Mapper. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to automatically create the feed URL for it, though (because one has to sign up for an account first)… I’ve added it anyhow. |
OpenStreetMap Node Density Visualized | Very good idea! Here you go: http://tyrasd.github.io/osm-node-density/ |
OpenStreetMap Node Density Visualized | awesome! :) |
A new way of fast browsing of latest changes | Awesome, I really like it! I hacked it to only shows changes of last week. Not showing older items one may not be interested in helps saving bandwith and rendering time and/or allows lower zoom levels. Wouldn’t it be a good idea to add a dropdown/slider where one could select the time-frame (24h, 1 week, 1 month, etc.) one is interested in? |
overpass turbo now with MapCSS support | @mikelmaron: Idk, could that be useful? I thought more about augmenting the “browse data” view with some overpass turbo features… |
overpass turbo now with MapCSS support | @Tom: No, multiple layers are not supported yet. For this I’ll have to rewrite some of the data-rendering code, so it won’t be available very soon, I’m afraid. |
