não sei se você sabe mais a GOOGLE tem direitos autorais para uso dos dados em grande quantidade e por isso a opção de usar Openstreetmap como alternativa para diminuir os custos operancionas, como o Openstreetmap não e tão conhecida para o publico em geral não temos uma boa divulgação do mapa para os usuário comuns que usa APP.
