• Since January 2025, I am working as a Community and Partnerships Manager at TomTom. My organized editor profile for TomTom is unenTT.

• I was the Senior Manager of Community and Partnerships for the Open Mapping Hub Asia-Pacific, supported by HOT, until July 2024.

• I am an associate member of OpenStreetMap Foundation and a voting member of Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team

• I was a project coordinator with Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team between 2018-2021.

• I was a board member of Yer Çizenler Maping for Everyone Association between 2017 and 2024, until Yer Cizenler’s dissolution.

• I have a Ph.D. in Geomatics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and was a research assistant at the same department between 2005-2013. I was an assistant professor in Maltepe University between 2013 and 2019; and in MEF University between 2020 and 2022.

• OpenStreetMap Vakfı ve Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team üyesiyim

• 2018-2021 arasında Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team‘de proje yöneticiliği yaptım.

• 2017’den, tasfiye olduğu 2024’e kadar Yer Çizenler Herkes İçin Haritacılık Derneği yönetim kurulu üyesiydim.

• İTÜ Geomatik Mühendisliği Bölümü’nden doktora derecesine sahibim ve 2005-2013 tarihleri arasında aynı bölümde araştırma görevlisi olarak çalıştım. 2013-2019 arasında Maltepe Üniversitesi’nde, 2020-2022 yılları arasında da MEF Üniversitesi’nde yardımcı doçent (doktor öğretim üyesi) olarak çalıştım.
