The socket is not the same as a type2. It is specific to Tesla vehicles and only Tesla vehicles can charge with them. A type2/level2 charger can use an adaptor to charge a Tesla, but a Check Bolt can't use a Tesla destination charger. Here are two links that describe it.

Would you like to comment on that in the talk list? I'll make the changes to these, I'm ok with how you suggested.

These are socket:tesla=destination according to what I proposed here: osm.wiki/Talk:Tag:amenity%3Dcharging_station/Tesla_Motors

There doesn't seem to be a good way to distinguish between supercharger and destination charger in OSM as the moment.

Hi Huskies. It's good practice to update your changeset title to be descriptive of the edits that you made. Enjoy the mapping! ~vespax

Hi Chachafish. Thanks for the catch, I added this from phone app and admittedly tagged it wrong. New business park being constructed at the moment. Will make adjustment now.

I'm unclear what the concern is with the edits done in this area beyond what was discussed in osm.org/changeset/56249844. Please let me know what adjustments might be collaborated on.

Sebastian Santandreu and Pablo Pallamar do have the shape currently drawn into OSM. I added osm.org/way/560388858 to the west of the park, and in doing so disconnected some of the nodes of the park from the streets to make the data cleaner. I also cleaned the geometry around park since I was initially editing on iPad in vehicle and could not make adjustments easily with finger gestures. The post-processing of street data by Kaart aims to clean these small issues, which typically occurs within weeks of being on the street physically. I hope this helps the community understand the effort to improve the data.

Si tienes mas información de la nombre, pon el 16 de Mayo. Estoy de acuerdo si sabes el 16 de Mayo.

Muralito, We are following both the local and global conventions for this issue, as explained in links in this changeset. We are also updating a lot of new construction and previous errors in the data to current conditions. In most cases we try follow the OSM guidance of "one feature, one OSM element" osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element

If you notice errors in edits, the place to comment on them is within the feature itself or the changeset. OSM users are happy to coordinate with others to make the most accurate edits. We all learn together as we work together.

As bpowell1 mentioned, the brand and the name can be used together. It may be redundant in some features but name is the most commonly used tag for full stations. Globally, 62.57% of fuel stations use the name tag, 26.34% use the brand tag.

Also, in the wiki it states "Where a well-known brand is trading under their own name, then name=* is expected by most data users, and should be used by contributors. This situation is typical of large fast-food chains, where the outlet and the goods share the same name. Here there is usually little value in adding brand=* as well as name=*, but this is for the data contributor to decide."

The compromise in our discussion would be to use both so that the data is most complete.

The compromise on this issue would be to use both the name=* and the brand=* tags. Most of these would be the same however there may be some differences. As per the wiki, "...name=* is expected by most data users, and should be used by contributors." It seems Muralito has a specific need for the names to be in the brand=* tag, however most users and contributors would need it in name=* tag. e.g. name=Petrobras brand=*Petrobras Both can be tagged in the feature.

Following the wiki, adding the prefix is appropriate in this case. "Calle", "Avenida", etc is added in all other country street names as well. If you feel "Calle Miguelete" is historical name you can add in as "old_name" tag. osm.wiki/Names

The street signs along Miguelete says "Calle Miguelete". I was following what is physically on the street signs.

Jirón Carabaya es una calle importante al lado de la Basilica de Lima. No debe ser una "linea" sino debe ser residencial o calle minor. También, borremos la nueva linea/calle Jirón de la Uníon y quedemos la antigua.
