For those of you that have Android phones, check out this tracking tool: http://code.google.com/p/osmtracker-android. Tested it today, really nice. No need to bring camera, pen and paper anymore.

It's an incredible app and has gotten me to start uploading cycle routes here in Huntsville, Alabama.

Using it in Denmark and helping out with translation. This tool is getting better and better and the developer seem to be at work on it.
