52874078	hampir 8 tahun yang lalu	Puerto Rico Municipalities are divided into "barrios". These POIs were geocoded using a simple scheme of Road# KM. The barrio field was used to manually validate the quality of the geocode. That was the theory anyway. In a few cases, the Road KM was just an "idea" of more or less where the POI is located. So I had to do an internet search to get a better address. I agree that the tag can be changed to "addr:suburb".
