Thanks for the information! It's a bit of a train ride away from Brussels, so I wanted to be somewhat sure before making the trek over :P

Hey, I'm the person that had asked about the BEL-FRA-LUX bordermarkers in OSM Belgium chat a month ago. Is the path you added on the NW side of the stream the path you saw on satellite imagery? Or did you end up passing by to confirm, because if that is the case, then I am curious to hear about the walkability of it :)

Changed in changeset 125983957.

Hey. That is a very good point, I missed that distinction entirely. Thank you for pointing it out, I agree with your assessment.

I should be able to change it later today (or if you're feeling eager you're welcome to do so before then).

Seems I incorrectly assumed the "update tags" was handled by the relevant local communities. Apologies, I'll refrain from using it.

De luchtfotos zijn out of date voor de nieuwe tunnel onder de treinsporen, je verplaatsing van diens locatie klopt dus niet.

Trying to route from the south sidewalk of Romeinsesteenweg to Oude Lindestraat made it go a detour to find a connection that crosses the road. My solution seemed nicer than adding more unmarked crossings, but I'm a bit biased against seemingly pointless sidewalk mapping when a tag on the street seems fine.

Totally forgot about that, good point. Thanks for pointing it out. I'm not entirely sure how much of the area belongs to the school without a survey (though I could probably guess from the hedges), so I just changed the name for now.

Hey, thanks for the update (though I dont know if you should change the road classification or change the access=* tags). Since you say they have been closed for over a year, does that mean they were open/accessible to all prior to COVID?

This is more a curiousity question, I'm trying to rack my brain and don't recall them being open by default in the before times, but I also cannot say I was paying attention to it before.

Ah damn, I thought I did it right with removing and readding. Is there somewhere I can read up on what I did wrong?

Hey,

They caught my attention cause ID said the tags should be upgraded. Clicking upgrade added capacity=1.

I must have interpreted the meaning of the tag incorrectly/differently. I had not seen parking_space before and ID calls it "a single parking space" which I interpreted as a spot for one car (though I'll admit the presence of capacity seemed weird in that regard, I assumed some backwards compatibility). Looking at the wiki for it I'm still not really convinced it isn't the case that it is for a single car spot, though the wiki seems to make the case for both situations (capacity=1 by default, more if you cannot be bothered?). The wiki also seems to see it as a part of an amenity=parking. Idk if the wiki is just too american centric where gigantic parking lots are the norm :)

Apologies if I interpreted it incorrectly, I'll change them back if you want me to.

I think you are correct on the building:levels key, I changed it for E, F, and G

Hey, I had started mapping the top floor's indoor at some point in the past, is that perhaps what you saw? (I dont know if there is an easy way for me to see what you deleted exactly)

There are balconies there, which is what you see in the aerial view.

I thought I had correctly tagged the walls I added with the indoor mapping related tags.

For cyclists too?

Did this break Philadelphia County boundaries? Seems to have a gap in the middle now.

My bad, go ahead. I often just rely on the autocomplete in the webeditor so if it shows up there I feel safe. Evidently wasn't a good idea :P
