According to https://www.chescoplanning.org/Transportation/cvt-ProjectStatus.cfm, the CVT is getting extended to the corporate center to the west (including a bridge over South Whitford Road) in "Fall 2024-Summer 2025". Keep an eye out for this actually happening.

This area of trees got cleared and it looks like something will be built here. Possibly an expansion of the Eagleview Landing retirement home

Aerial seems to show some path heading into the woods, dunno how far it goes though.

The foot=no on Gershwin Drive sounds unlikely going by the changeset that introduced it ("The sides are fenced"). Perhaps there was construction or something happening? Either way, a lack of sidewalk does not mean foot=no in this country :)

Survey to see what, if anything, is actually going on here.

New building under construction, don't know the exact outline

The aerial for this is outdated. I think osm.org/way/1150849044 may no longer exist or at least connects differently. Would need a survey to check properly, didn't realise when running by how far from reality it seems it could be.

There are some trails here that you can access from the parking lot just north. There was also a sign telling MTB that (some of) the trails are closed. On Strava's heatmap I see some activity and a connection to the neighbourhood just south.

There was a wooden bridge here _and_ a ford next to it. I don't know which was on which side any more.

Someone with some time in the area should go check out this path and the others in this forest. I tried to pass by during a run, coming from the north side, and found the path just ended in wilderness.
