Previous mapper noted a discontinuity in the path here because of the lake taking over. Survey to find out: a. is it entirely impassable (mark no exit) b. is it a ford (connect again and mark) c. is it seasonal?

According to https://www.chescoplanning.org/Transportation/cvt-ProjectStatus.cfm, the CVT is getting extended to the corporate center to the west (including a bridge over South Whitford Road) in "Fall 2024-Summer 2025". Keep an eye out for this actually happening.

Shamona Creek Park has a few entrances. Can you walk in the park from one to the other? I see some grassy stretches, but would need to survey to see whether they are usable and whether you can reach another side.

There seemed to be a path here heading south from the Charcoal Trail Loop, but I did not have time to walk it.
