FISL (International Free Software Forum) is the biggest free and open source software conference in Latin America and it happens in Porto Alegre every year. Porto Alegre is one of my favourite cities in Brazil and I think it was in 2010 FISL edition the first time I listened about OpenStreetMap.
So this year I could attend to FISL and give a talk about OpenStreetMap. I met another three OSM mappers as well (it’s always good to meet others mappers!). Besides me, Frederico Gonçalves talked about the potential use of OSM on education.
The video recording of the talk is available at http://hemingway.softwarelivre.org/fisl14/high/41d/sala41d-high-201307041604.ogg and the slides at http://ubuntuone.com/6P2ofdGzNEgWqd1mTPJqJF (both in Portuguese)
