15th street secondary after New York Avenue? Wondering because road turns into one way and 14th street has much worse traffic and higher capacity. 15th street is an alternate route, which I think places it at secondary.

Can anyone confirm or tag what this footpath is exactly, if it exists? Right now it isn't clear if it's a tunnel or something.

I have no idea what this long stretch of green is about. It resembles no real-life features.
