How to change incorrect city name

I'm looking about how to change incorrect or unupdate city, region name and i don't find how to do it. should anyone help me to do it?

note, if you just change the name, it won't be re-rendered in osm. This is not a big problem because OSM isn't about the rendering but is about the data.
You can resolve this by slightly moving the point and there's also a php trick to do it but I can't remember the command.

To re-render, right click on a Mapnik (the renderer) PNG tile at a certain zoom level to get its URL from image properties, then append /status to the path and request this URL in a new window/tab to find out its current render status. Replace /status with /dirty and refresh if you wish to manually add the tile to the re-render queue.
