Hi everyone, I find that my city street Xixón / Gijón is not updated to the new expansion areas so I have trouble entering the new names, unless that mapping.

I don't understand your question, the street you're talking about should be in this region:
osm.org/?lat=43.517509&lon=-5.66731&zoom=18
What's wrong with it? The map is updated, the streets and areas are named. I don't see anything wrong.

this is the zone which i was trying to map, it's a new space. in the google map it's update but not in ours.
i should get the information about it, from the townhall

If you mean you're going to copy over portions from the "google map" for your area when you say "not worry about licenses" please don't: you'll be infringing copyright and we'll just have to delete what you've added.

no, never, i'll never go to copy from google earth o something like it. which i mean, or try, is that i'm going to speak with the town hall to ask them for the maps.

i just have a look on the maps from the council and they haven't got the copyright sign, even it can be a problem 'cause in spanish state everything it's copyright, so i'm going to ask

If you ask it, please record it, or write it. That way, you can prove it's not your fault if the maps are copyrighted.
