I think the word you were searching for the changeset comment is "updates to", "actualizations" is probably a false friend here.

mir war in meiner Nutzung der Daten aufgefallen, dass die FeG keine Adresse hatte - weil die als separater Punkt gespeichert wurde. Ist es nicht wesentlich einfacher, wenn die Adressen, soweit möglich, direkt den Gebäuden zugeordnet werden?
