The bridge in the north-west part of this scene was either demolished or destroyed by a natural hazard. Comparing satellite imagery shows a landslide in the middle of the scene, showing that noy only houses and the residential road were destroyed, but also made it necessary to build a temporary road. Relabeled CA-01 OCC as well and added a description. Compare DigitalGlobe Standard and Premium imagery as well as older Google Maps imagery where the old bridge still existed and the landslide didn't happen yet.
