Bus only Street , and no right turn

Zapsal zener 19. 5. 2011 v jazyce English.

In Auckland Grafton Bridge is a buses, bicycle and pedestrian road, no cars allowed. Is there any way to add this restriction using Potlatch 2 to OpenStreetmap.

Also at the top of Khyber Pass Road in Auckland traffic going north on Symonds Streetis not allowed to turn right into Khyber Pass Road. How can I alter the map to include this restriction please.

Thanks

Suggestion: add these tags to the street/bridge:
motor_vehicle=no
psv=yes
bicycle=yes
foot=yes

With this combination bicycle=yes and foot=yes are redundant but better for human readers ;-)

Maybe some other combinations of access keys will work better, just read osm.wiki/Key:access and use your knowledge of the local facts.

Turn restrictions are added with relations. See osm.wiki/Restriction

If that looks too complicated to you, please post a permalink of the crossing and I'll add it.

Here's how to add a turn restriction in Potlatch 2: http://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/2966/entering-relations-in-potlatch-2

Be careful, your first question is about "access restriction" and the second about "turn restriction". Use the last (with a relation) only when you don't have "access restriction".

@Pieren
turn restrictions and access restrictions are not mutually exclusive (see key except for turn restriction relation) but you have to know what to do ;-)
