I have reverted a number of your CLC imports after not receiving a reply to my question here osm.org/changeset/40606813.

I am sending this “blocking” message which you have to read before editing further in order to make sure there’s not some malfunction in the email system that lets you miss the messages you are sent.

Please do not import anything without discussing it with the community beforehand (and having widespread agreement on the import).
