You’ve been asked several times not to abuse the notes system (including in osm.org/note/672406 ). Please don’t add the same comment over and over again in different notes, and when they’re closed just re-open them (as you did in osm.org/note/672409 ).

With regard to the “what admin level should the EU have” question; no one replied to http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=603358#p603358 . I’d suggest that you ask yourself why this was. One possibility is surely that people (who live in Europe) think that the status quo in OSM isn’t a bad representation of the real world. The relationship of the member states to the EU is complicated, as it is to other cross-border organisations such as NATO, the EEA and the ECJ. You could argue that the current representation is imperfect; but any other one in a simple admin_level system would be too.

Because nothing else seems to have had an effect, you’ll be blocked from editing OSM for a short period. You’ll be able to resume adding to OSM after that, but I’d suggest that you concentrate on mapping your neighborhood first - that’s where we can all make the most difference to OSM.
