You have been adding many guest houses and pubs with strange name tags including not only a year but what also appear to be personal names. OpenStreetMap is a public database and, while businesses and public places can be named, private residences should not be tagged with the resident names. Further, private residences should be tagged with the appropriate building=* tag instead of tourism=guest_house.

I am placing a zero-hour block on your account because you have been unresponsive to previous comments made about your edits (e.g. [1], [2]). This block means you must log into OpenStreetMap and acknowledge this message to continue editing.

Please do not add private information to OpenStreetMap (such as the name of residents of houses). Do continue to use descriptive changeset comments. In regards to the pubs you have tagged, if these actually are pubs, please restrict the name=* tag to only the name of the residence–not extraneous year labels or brackets.

It would be helpful if you could also respond to some of the changeset comments listed above to talk about what these places are and what the source of the information is. Often, if users add information based on their own knowledge and experience of a place, they will list that their source is surveys. If we otherwise can’t determine the legitimacy of the data and believe these are indeed personal data, we may have to revert your edits.
