You appear to be importing a large number of points with building=yes in the osm.org/?lat=44.497028&lon=-73.179053&zoom=18&layers=M area

I have placed this block to interrupt this broken import.

Imports in OSM need to follow the import guidelines at osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines

I know that you did some consultation, but when you have revised your process to fix the issues present with these uploads, can you please resubmit it to the imports@ and talk-us@ mailing lists. It would be useful if you included a link to a .osm of sample data.
