Unfortunately it seems like you may have misunderstood something, as it appears you are adding lots of nodes which only have a name and address (and with the keys as naam and adres rather than the normal name and address) and nothing to indicate what they are.

You will be blocked from editing any more until you have read this, but once you have you will be able to edit again. I would advise that you try and learn a bit more about OpenStreetMap before doing so though - there is information in our wiki at osm.wiki/How_to_contribute that may help.
