concerns have been raised by the UK community about your change of highway classifications around Leicester. As has been pointed out to you in a changeset comment, there are hard-and-fast rules about which highway types we choose on OSM in the UK, and there is little room for interpretation.

If you do feel that a road is wrongly classified and you need to change it, at least use the changeset comment to explain why that change was justified according to osm.wiki/United_Kingdom_Tagging_Guidelines#UK_roads - or if you want, you could also join the talk-gb mailing list on https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-gb and discuss the issue there.
