You have to discuss such edits with the community before you do them.

OSM is a community project. You cannot make such edits across the worlds without talking to people BEFORE. “Will not discuss with trolls” is not an acceptable response.

An appropriate forum to discuss such edits is the talk list, at listinfo.openstreetmap.org/talk.
