Please don’t add test data to the live OpenStreetMap Server. As explained in osm.org/changeset/44388695 if you want a test server, perhaps http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/ would work for you?

In order to enforce this you will be prevented from updating OpenStreetMap for a period of time. This will not prevent you from accessing the “dev” server.
