Dear user chicago-buildings,

as you probably know, data imports have to be discussed (and agreed upon) before they are started (usually on the “talk” list or a regional variant and the “imports” list), and we also request that imports are documented properly on the Wiki. From my perusal of the mailing list and Wiki I could not find the required documentation for your import. Please update the account’s user page with information pointing the discussion of your import, and outlining your methods.

Please do not continue your import until you have done so. If a discussion has not taken place yet, then start a discussion and stop your import for the time being.

We will have to revert your import wholesale if you disregard these rules.
