You’re still adding personal notes as “tourist attractions” within MAPS.ME. You’ve been told about this previously several times.

If you want to add a personal bookmark to MAPS.ME you can - just select the thing that you want to bookmark and select “menu” and then “bookmark”.

You’re still doing this so you will be prevented from updating OpenStreetMap for a time. If you’d like to get in touch with OSM’s Data Working Group you can by emailing data@osmfoundation.org .
