Hello, As I previously said on osm.org/changeset/46621971 , please don’t add test data to the live OpenStreetMap Server. If you want a test server, perhaps http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/ would work for you?

You’ll be able to continue as soon as you have read this test message, but please - no test data on the live server.
