Hello, As I previously said on osm.org/changeset/46621971 , please don’t add test data to the live OpenStreetMap Server. If you want a test server, perhaps http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/ would work for you?

You will be prevented from accessing the OpenStreetMap server for a period of time. Please email data@osmfoundation.org if you would like to discuss anything
