Your changesets including osm.org/changeset/46960691 look like a building import. The process for imports into OSM is described at osm.wiki/Import and osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines . Was this import (and the licence under which the data was made available) discussed anywhere? If so, can you please explain where.

Also note that I’ve previously asked a couple of questions about things that have appear to have gone wrong - see http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=5387019 for those. Could you please answer those within the changeset discussions?
