in your recent contributions to OpenStreetMap you have often written: “This … can be seen on other maps”, and occasionally you have explicitly referred to a source on Google, e.g. in osm.org/way/481332698 (“refer link https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/Amorha+-+Rupgarh+-+Harraiya+Rd,+Dubauliya,+Uttar+Pradesh+272155/@26.7974917,82.4620734,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x3990ba5edd53943f:0x1f96eb1a86196d6e!8m2!3d26.7974917!4d82.4642621?hl=en”).

I’m afraid we cannot accept data that has been copied from other maps, for copyright reasons. You are allowed to use Bing (and since last week even Digital Globe) imagery but you are not allowed to copy from Bing or Google maps.

Did you use other maps in all your contributions to OSM, or just in a few?
