Your edits contain errors. For example:

You add name of Region to name of District:

name:en=Belozersky District, Kurgan Oblast [2]
name:en=Prikubansky District, Karachay-Cherkess Republic [3]

You add name of Region to name of Village:

name:en=Pokrovskoye, Tyumen Oblast [4]

You ignore changeset comments from other contributors [2,4,5].

Your constant changeset comment “create changeset” informs nothing. Please, use good changeset comments [6].
