it seems that you have started to re-classify a number of highways in Brazil even though the community is still undergoing a decision making process, here: https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=59392 - also you seem to be re-classifying other highways than those under discussion. Please do not ignore the messages sent to you by other community members, and don’t engange in large-scale highway reclassification without the backing of the community.
