You have a long history with OSM and other mappers when it comes to the quality of your changesets and the extremely limited wording of your changeset comments. Being a simple “Yes” is all what you have others to tell!

You have been blocked before, your changesets have been reverted but a lesson has not been learned so it seems.

Could you - for a change - try to answer those questions?
