Andy from the DWG again. It is not OK to say “Please DO NOT edit in Lithuania” without giving specific examples of what the editor got wrong and how they could avoid making whatever mistakes they have allegedly made in the future.

Your behaviour towards other mappers has been called out numerous times in the past, including in osm.org/user_blocks/6043 . You have made no attempt to modify it; as a result will be blocked from editing OSM for a short period of time.
