Edit: This user has contacted the DWG as requested. The original “cool down” blocks were osm.org/user_blocks/15955 and osm.org/user_blocks/15956 - this account was trying to “continue the edit war” while those were still in place. I am revoking this block and have requested that the owner of this account indicate their relationship to either of the two initially blocked accounts.
