As general advice for mapping buildings, I’d suggest:

• zoom right in, to make sure that you’re not accidentally clicking on something nearby
• don’t try and do too much at once - try and do a smaller number at a higher quality
• if something should be rectangular, make sure that you click it and press “q” to square the corners.
