regarding your recent mapping activity in Texas, another user has contacted you about some (probably accidental) damage that you have caused, see osm.org/changeset/152392635 - but you have not replied or repaired the damage, and instead you are continuing to map in Texas.

Please pause your mapping to attend to that message, and fix the damage caused. (A handful of erroneous “highway=servic” you added in osm.org/changeset/152432077 seems to have been corrected already.)

I am also unsure if you are using the word “survey” in the same sense as it is used elsewhere in the project. You have claimed a “source=survey” on a farm in Brazil a few days ago, and then a number of wind farms in Texas, and only now you have added “source=survey” to a couple of very rural streams in New Mexico in osm.org/changeset/152469159. Now either your life is really very interesting, or you have not actually visited these places - which means you should not use “source=survey” but instead specify the source you took the information from!

What’s more, please add source information to the changeset as a whole, and not to individual objects.

I am writing this as a 0-hour block message to ensure you have read it; since you seem to have missed the email generated by the changeset comment I mentioned above.

It is important that you fix the issues pointed out in the changeset comment before you continue mapping.

Addendum on 2024-06-21: After receiving no response to the above, I have now removed your recent contributions in North America. This is not intended to be final and we can together with the US community look into reinstating those of your edits that are not controversial, but there are too many problematic edits for me to separate good from bad.
