Hello,

it appears that you are automatically adding or changing name tags based on wikipedia or wikidata entries, and/or adding “is_in” entries based on geometric analyses. If this is true, then these edits will have to be removed because they constitute an undiscussed mechanical edit (and also because we cannot copy wikidata/wikipedia data into OSM).

Please contact data@osmfoundation.org to discuss the issue before making further edits.
