With regard to the discussion on osm.org/changeset/152470440 , let me make it clear:

You are not allowed to use Google Street View as a source.

Attempting to dress up what you are doing by using words like:

No content was created based off the data in street view. It was only used as verification that these segments--like their siblings--are paved

does not allow you to use Google Street View as a source.
