I’m concerned about your comments on osm.org/changeset/145632352 . You seem to be deleting tags that you “do not like”. This is not OK. OpenStreetMap is a shared project, and we need to work together to update it. This means that we all add things that matter to use.

In that changeset discussion you write that “It is a good mapping rule not to add superfluous information, which is useless and unnecessarily weighs down the database”. This is utter rubbish and completely misuderstands how the project works.

Taking a specific example https://osm.mapki.com/history/way/23448822 , some cycleway tags were added by another user in osm.org/changeset/145607524 and you removed them in osm.org/changeset/145632352 . If there are no cycleways here I would expect that you would say that in the changeset comment; instead you just wrote “Aggiornamenti Siracusa” which is useless as a comment.

Please do not remove data that other users have surveyed.
