Following on from the previous block which you seem to have ignored. osm.org/user_blocks/16353

Simply adding the city name will not cut it. You need to explain, in detail, what each edit is about. I will revert all 74 of your changesets if you do not comply with this simple request. Take a minute after improving the map and describe what changes you are making.

Please look back at each of the 74 changesets you have and in the comments, explain the purpose in more detail. Once you do so, I will revoke this block.
