As you will I’m sure be aware I’ve frequently complained (with a “normal mapper” hat on) about the poor quality of your railway edits (typically in slightly the wrong place and duplicating existing features). Please do reply to these questions as they occur by commenting on each changeset in reply.

I’d also suggest rereading what you were asked to do in your previous block osm.org/user_blocks/5063 . Had you followed that advice, the infrastructure in the UK using former railways would be in much less of a mess than it is now.
