You appear to have dug yourself into a bit of a hole at osm.org/changeset/155450987 and osm.org/changeset/155339290 about the use of the OSM wiki. As has been pointed out in so much detail that I really don’t need to repeat that detail here, the OSM wiki is a guide, and different communities interpret it as best they can to conform to local conditions.

This means that it’s really not OK to go into a country where you are not resident and say “you are all wrong; this is a village not a town” (or similar). What you should instead do is discuss why things are as they are and how they should perhaps be changed first; I’d suggest that https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/pl/40 is the best place to do that..
